The Sparo Tuition Bank Scholarship is pay for qualified educational expenses directly to the educational institution or financial loan holder. This means that as a scholarship it is not required to pay income taxes against these funds.

Scholarship awardees from the Sparo Tuition Bank do not receive funds directly. Awardees are contacted to obtain payment information to be submitted directly to their educational or financial loan institutions.
